Where the process gets stuck

You have leads.
Who’s working them?

The phone rings while everyone is busy. Purchased leads wait for a callback. Your best salesperson spends half the day sorting out intake.

We build around the volume you have and the team you need. That can start with one front-end sales person, or with making an existing team work better.

01

Missed calls have no assigned callback owner.

02

New inquiries land in different inboxes and systems.

03

Salespeople handle intake instead of sales conversations.

04

Estimates go out with no agreed follow-up.

05

Older opportunities sit untouched in the CRM.

Experience behind the build

Built inside real
sales operations.

The work includes the people answering the phone, the systems behind them, and the process that carries a lead through to a sale.

Full Throttle client engagement

Building a startup’s
front-end sales operation.

A roofing startup needed to turn purchased leads into sales conversations. We built an in-house call center and digital sales process, supported by SOPs and clearer roles. The receptionist role became a front-end sales associate.

~$3MAnnualized revenue run rate
reached around month 14

This was a broader fractional COO and CFO engagement. The run rate reflects the business’s progress, not a result attributed to the call center alone.

Keith’s earlier operating role

Reimagine Roofing:
from referrals to direct sales.

When the solar-partner model weakened, Keith spearheaded the transition to selling directly to homeowners. He built the call-center systems and helped develop the digital sales process, customer journey, training, and estimate presentation.

Selling by phone and text,
with a process behind the conversation.

Keith served as COO, CFO, and president at different points. This was an employed operating role before Full Throttle.

What gets built

The team. The tools.
The way the work gets done.

A scoped build connects the parts your business needs, from the first conversation through follow-up and sales handoff.

01 / PEOPLE

Roles & coverage

Define who owns intake, qualification, appointments, estimate follow-up, and closing. Set backups and handoffs so an opportunity doesn’t depend on one person being available.

In your team’s hands: Role responsibilities, coverage rules, and handoff criteria.

02 / TEAM BUILDING

Recruiting & training

Define the role, source and screen candidates, support interviews and offers, and onboard the team. Train people on the actual conversations and workflows they’ll use.

In your team’s hands: Hiring criteria, an onboarding plan, and practical training.

03 / SYSTEMS

CRM, phone & text

Connect lead sources to the CRM and configure ownership, call and text workflows, tasks, and reminders. Keep customer history available to the person handling the next conversation.

04 / SALES

A digital sales process

Build the first conversation, qualification, appointment setting, estimate presentation, and follow-up. Give customers a practical way to move forward by phone, text, or an in-person visit.

Explore sales pipeline work
05 / FOLLOW-UP

Rehash & nurture

Return to unanswered inquiries and older estimates with context. Set follow-up around the customer’s timing, prior conversations, and communication preferences.

In your team’s hands: Follow-up sequences, assigned tasks, and clear stop rules.

06 / MANAGEMENT

Reporting & coaching

See whether leads are contacted, appointments happen, estimates move, and jobs sell. Build a review rhythm that helps managers find missed steps and coach the team.

In your team’s hands: Agreed measures, an activity view, and an operating review agenda.

From design to daily use

Build it.
Train the team.
Put it to work.

The build has to fit the people using it. We work through real lead sources, real capacity, and the way your customers buy.

  1. 01

    Map the operation

Review lead sources, volume, team availability, current systems, and the places opportunities stall. Agree on the scope and measures.

  2. 02

    Build the process and systems

Define roles, configure the agreed workflows, and develop the sales playbooks. Recruit where the plan calls for additional people.

  3. 03

    Train and launch

Practice conversations and handoffs with the team, then put the process into use with clear ownership.

  4. 04

    Review real work

Look at activity and outcomes, coach missed steps, and refine the process within the agreed engagement.

Or leadership through the change.

Fees and timing depend on the team, systems, recruiting needs, and depth of the sales process. We define the work before implementation starts.

Can you improve the team we already have?

Yes. We can work with your current team to improve ownership, follow-up, sales conversations, and handoffs. We’ll look at how the work is handled today before deciding what needs to change.

Can we start with one front-end sales person?

Yes, if the lead volume and required coverage support it. One person can own intake and follow-up while estimators or salespeople handle the next stage. We define coverage and backup responsibilities around the workload.

Do you help recruit and train the team?

Yes. Full-cycle recruiting can include role definition, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding. Training covers the actual systems, sales process, and conversations the team will use. We agree on the recruiting and training scope up front.

Can you work with our current CRM and phone system?

We start with what you use now and assess whether it can support the required workflows. That includes lead capture, ownership, calling and texting, follow-up tasks, and reporting. Any recommended software changes are part of the agreed plan.

Does this include outbound follow-up and older estimates?

Yes. We can build processes for responding to purchased leads, following up on open estimates, and returning to older opportunities. The workflow should respect customer preferences, opt-outs, prior conversations, and your team’s capacity.

Can the process support selling by phone or text?

Yes, where that fits your service and customer. We can build qualification, estimate presentation, questions, follow-up, and the handoff after a sale. Site visits or inspections still belong in the process when the job requires them.

Do you provide agents to answer our calls?

This engagement builds your in-house operation, including recruiting support where needed. It does not include an outsourced answering team or round-the-clock call coverage.

What affects the cost and implementation timeline?

The starting systems, lead sources, team size, recruiting needs, and depth of the sales process all affect scope. We discuss those in discovery and propose deliverables, fees, timing, and any ongoing support before the work starts.
