About Full Throttle
Full Throttle RevOps is an operator-led revenue operations consultancy built on fifteen years of hands-on operations leadership. Founder Keith Landals has run production, finance, and administration as a VP of Operations, built CRM and automation systems across industries from manufacturing to real estate, and brings that operator's eye to every engagement. The firm exists to do one thing: make revenue predictable by fixing the business process underneath it.
We believe in a holistic approach to Revenue Operations, one that looks beyond isolated metrics and sees the entire business as a connected, dynamic system. When every part of your revenue engine works in harmony, the results are exponential.
Who We Serve
We work with companies from startup to $150M+ across manufacturing, construction, real estate, professional services, and consumer services. Some are building their first real revenue process. Others have mature operations with systems that stopped keeping up. The work is the same: find where revenue leaks out of the process, and fix it.
What Makes Us Different
At Full Throttle RevOps, we take a systems-thinking approach. We don’t just optimize one piece of your revenue puzzle - we ensure all parts work together seamlessly to accelerate growth. Our clients appreciate our ability to zoom out and tackle challenges holistically, offering strategic insights alongside hands-on execution.
We believe in the philosophy:
“A rising tide lifts all ships.”
When your systems are strong, your people thrive, and your business grows.
Executive Profile - Robert Keith Landals
My time in the Military was invaluable in terms of learning skills that would serve me later in my professional career. The values instilled in me during my time in the Army allowed me to find success in the multitude of different jobs that I have had since. Working on the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge restoration project while attending UCCS ignited in me a passion for service to those in need (including Mother Nature), and a drive to try and help where I can. This passion has only grown over time and is something I try to continually integrate when considering my future professional goals.
Dynamic roles, such as the Director of Special Ops/Veteran Liaison at Reimagine Roofing, helped me to build on these skills from past work experience and allowed me to grow tremendously both professionally and personally in a short amount of time. Working on our program, Roofing for a Reason (R4R), allowed me to fully harmonize my drive to help people with my career path. I am very grateful for the opportunity to help my fellow veterans and their families.
My role as Vice President of Operations allowed me to continue growing in these areas, while adding deeper expertise in business operations, finance, and administration. This “jack-of-all-trades” position accelerated my development as a modern business leader. I became deeply focused on production, accountability, and systems that support people doing their best work. Maximizing profitability while maintaining an energized, healthy environment became the main goal.
Over time, a clear pattern emerged. No matter the role or industry, I found myself gravitating toward the same work: building structure where there was chaos. That realization ultimately led me to start Full Throttle RevOps. Full Throttle RevOps is an extension of everything I have done up to this point. It is my way of taking the lessons learned from leadership, operations, finance, service, and systems-building, and projecting them outward to help more people. Through Full Throttle, I work directly with founders and leadership teams to design scalable operations, build practical CRM and automation systems, and bring clarity to how revenue, people, and process all work together. At its core, the work is still about service. Helping good businesses become well-run businesses, so they can grow sustainably and support the people who depend on them.
In my personal time I enjoy reading, writing, gardening and homesteading, spending time with my family, hitting the gym, and backpacking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
