From startup to roughly $1M in annual revenue

A diagnostic center built from scratch, with law-firm referrals driving growth and the operations to support them.

Keith Landals co-founded a neurological diagnostic center with a clinical psychologist. The clinician led the assessment work. Keith took responsibility for building the business operations.

Building the operation from scratch

Keith set up the electronic health record and CRM systems, established departments, and built the financial operations. His work also covered the customer journey and the routines for running the business.

Those foundations supported a center providing assessments, including work related to disability cases. The company needed a way to bring in referrals and the capacity to carry out the requested work.

Growing through law-firm partnerships

Keith spearheaded partnerships with law firms that became referral sources for the center. Those relationships drove the company's growth.

The ability to fulfill the referrals mattered alongside the partnerships themselves. Building operational capacity allowed the center to take on the work those firms needed.

Reaching roughly $1M in annual revenue

The business grew from startup to roughly $1M in annual revenue in approximately two years. A local competitor later acquired the business, and Keith exited.
