For independent dental practice owners

More calls booked.
More treatment scheduled.

I fix the gaps between the first phone call and finished treatment, so more patients get booked and less follow-up depends on you.

What's in the checklist

Five places to look.
One place to start.

Work through it with your office manager. Answer for how your practice runs today, then count the "no" answers in each section.

Find a process to fix first.

Start by reviewing the section with the most "no" answers. The score shows gaps in the process, not the dollars lost.

  1. Missed new-patient calls

Calls go to voicemail during lunch, after hours or when the front desk is busy. Who makes sure they get returned?

  2. Unscheduled treatment plans

Treatment gets diagnosed and never scheduled. Every open plan needs an owner and a next step.

  3. Overdue hygiene recall

Hygiene patients fall overdue. Recall needs a regular place in the week, even when the front desk is busy.

  4. No-shows and cancellations

Late cancellations leave empty chairs. Check who works the short-notice list and follows up to rebook.

  5. A practice that depends on you

Everything routes back to the owner. Can follow-up keep moving while you're chairside?

Help with the next step

A checklist finds the gaps.
I help you close them.

I've worked inside companies doing under $1M and companies doing $120M. The leaks are the same. They just cost more as you grow.

If you want help after the self-check, we'll work through calls, open treatment, recall and the schedule together.

  1. Review the gaps

Look at your follow-up and current tools, then choose where to start.

  2. Build the process

Give each follow-up a named owner and next step. Set up the tools and train your front desk.

  3. Run and adjust

Watch the numbers for the first few weeks and fix what isn't working.

A few common questions

Before you start.

Is this marketing?

No. I work on what happens after a patient calls: answering, booking, follow-up and recall. More leads don't help if the current ones slip.

Do I need new software?

I start with what you already use, including your practice software and phone system. We review the setup and available features before deciding whether anything needs to change.

How much of my time does it take?

Some at the start, for the leak review and decisions. After that, the goal is less of your time.

Will my front desk push back?

They get a clear list of who to call and when, so they don't have to remember it all. I train them on it directly.

Who is this for?

Owner dentists running independent general practices who know patients and treatment are slipping through and don't have time to fix it themselves.
